We regualarly work with a wide range of lenders and have access to every mortgage lender and mortgage product in the UK.
There are approx 300 lenders in the UK. Many you will know from the local High Streets. However, there are many lenders who specialise in their designated areas thus able to offer more competative rates and schemes more tailored to your needs.
With up to date technology the company has access to every lender and their criteria at a touch of a button. Important links with lenders have been established and our staff have developed ongoing relationships with key personnel who are on hand to discuss and advise on individual lending criteria. These factors ensure the smooth running of each mortgage case.
It would be wrong to think that all these lenders basically offer the same thing but diguised in different jargon. There are not many situations that cannot be dealt with by one lender or another.

“We do not usually charge a fee for mortgage advice. However you do have the option to pay a fee of eg: 1.5% of the loan value and then you would receive any commission payable by the lender."
